Welcome to Fou de toi, a French-inspired café and wine bar in Warrnambool, where beautiful food, curated wines and unhurried moments come together in a space designed for lingering.
Set at the end of the Great Ocean Road in South West Victoria, Fou de toi invites locals and visitors alike to step inside, slow down, and savour the simple pleasures of life. Whether you’re here for your morning coffee, an afternoon treat, or a glass of wine as the evening unfolds, this is a place where you’re never rushed and always welcome.
By day, Fou de toi moves to a relaxed European rhythm. Coffee is crafted with care, cakes and French-inspired treats are enjoyed without guilt, and conversation flows easily. It’s a space for quiet moments, remote work sessions, long catch-ups and solo visits that feel just as comfortable as shared ones.
As the day fades, Fou de toi becomes an intimate wine bar in Warrnambool, offering thoughtfully selected wines, simple elegant plates, cheese to share, and an atmosphere that invites you to stay longer than planned. From after-work drinks to date nights and weekend catch-ups, evenings here feel effortless and warm.
Fou de toi blends Parisian charm with the warmth of regional hospitality. Every detail is considered, from the look and feel of the space to the way guests are welcomed and cared for. It’s not about formality. It’s about ease, connection and quality.
This is a place to unwind, to celebrate, to connect, and to enjoy good coffee or good wine at any hour, just as the French do.
The name Fou de toi means “crazy about you” and it captures everything this space stands for. Crazy about coffee. Crazy about wine. Crazy about food, atmosphere, conversation and the quiet magic of slowing down.
Fou de toi exists to create moments. Moments that feel special without needing an occasion. Moments that feel European, yet unmistakably Warrnambool.
Beyond our day-to-day café and wine bar offering, we welcome small, thoughtfully curated events that align with our love of art, story, music, and lingering over good food and wine.
Whether you’re gathering friends, celebrating something meaningful, or launching a creative idea into the world, we offer a warm, atmospheric space where moments feel personal and unhurried.
